What we collect
When you send us a message, book an appointment, register for a development, list a development or join our newsletter, we store the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and what you wrote. We also keep a salted, one-way hash of your IP address for a short time to stop automated spam. We do not store your IP address itself.
How we use it
To reply to you and arrange what you asked for. FUTURESQFT is a marketplace: when you register, book an appointment or ask to reserve a residence, your name, email, phone and message are sent to the developer or sales team who listed the development, so they can reply. Otherwise we use your details only and — if you opted in — send you our newsletter. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, and we do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation you started with us, and deleted on request. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the email address in the footer.
