The Case for Buying Early

Developers price a building in releases. The first release — often offered to registered buyers before public launch — is priced to build momentum, and every release after it costs a little more.
Early buyers also get the pick of the building: the corner homes, the best views, the rare layouts. The trade-off is time. Buying early means waiting longer to move in, and it means trusting the developer — which is why we review every one before it's listed here.
